These Terms govern access to apistackline.digital and engagements with Apistackline for in-app conversion reporting and related advisory services. By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Apistackline provides consulting and reporting services described on this site. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in a written statement of work or email confirmation before work begins. Pricing pages are informational only and do not constitute an offer or checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content for competing services without permission, or submit unlawful or misleading information through forms.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Apistackline or its licensors. Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes. Templates and methods we reuse across clients remain ours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public information shared during an engagement and use it only to perform the work.

Liability

Reports and recommendations depend on the accuracy of data and access you provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apistackline’s total liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue tied to product decisions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
