Conversion Map

How an in-app conversion report comes together

Four stages we use with Bangkok product teams—from locking step names to the briefing that assigns owners.

  1. Stage 1 — Decision and path

We pin the decision the report must enable and walk the critical in-app path with product. Out of scope paths stay out of the funnel so the report stays short.

  2. Stage 2 — Event contracts

Each step gets a contract: event name, required properties, timing window, and exclusions (staff, QA, incomplete installs). Engineering receives a fix list if gaps appear.

  3. Stage 3 — Baseline report

We produce the first conversion report for the agreed windows, annotate releases and outages, and write drop-off notes in plain language.

  4. Stage 4 — Briefing cadence

A short facilitated briefing turns movement into actions with owners. Teams who need ongoing pulse move into weekly conversion briefings.
