Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid Apistackline engagements for in-app conversion reporting, instrumentation reviews, briefings, and experiment readouts. It does not cover third-party software licenses or products we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement we cannot staff, or when you cancel in writing before work has started and before any kickoff materials have been delivered. Deposits may be partially refundable as described below.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within 14 days of the charge or of our written cancellation notice, whichever applies. Email hello@apistackline.digital with your invoice reference and reason.
Full refunds
You receive a full refund if we cancel before delivering any work product, or if you cancel at least 5 business days before a scheduled workshop and no preparatory deliverables have been sent.
Partial refunds
If work has begun—interviews held, event access reviewed, or draft reports shared—we refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent at the rates in your statement of work. Minimum deduction is 30% of the engagement fee once kickoff has occurred.
Non-refundable items
- Completed deliverables already accepted in writing.
- Facilitated briefings that have already taken place.
- Third-party costs we prepaid on your written request (for example, venue hire).
- Monthly retainer fees for periods already started, except where required by law.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add several days.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop once at no charge with 3 business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the workshop portion. No-shows for facilitated sessions without 24 hours’ notice forfeit that session’s fee.
Deposits and work already started
Deposits secure scheduling. If you cancel after we have started analysis or drafting, the deposit is applied to work performed; any remainder follows the partial-refund rules. Materials purchased specifically for your engagement (printed packs, licensed datasets you requested) are non-refundable once ordered.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under Thai consumer law, where applicable, are not limited by this policy. Engagements scoped solely as written reports without live sessions follow the same start-of-work definitions based on delivery of the first draft.
